I think that both are important. I have found that their are a many of the affiliates that will sign-up with SFI, but then they fade out. Look for those affiliates that are active and seem to log-in daily. The ones that go through their to-do-list and complete requirements to make VP and move to the next level of leadership. Help those that are trying to help themselves, we can not make a person sign in daily and do what they need to do to be a success with SFI.
This is where sponsoring new affiliates come in to play. I have found that less than 50% of the affiliates will actually do something with their business ventures. Sponsoring more affilates will give you an advantage as you are only going to have a select few that are actually going to work. The more affiliates a person has the more likely they are going to become successful. Don't forget about those that are trying to work the business though, they are equally important to your success.Send regular emails ( I love the group emails) to all affilaites and let them know that you are there to help them with whatever they may need to be successful.
