In the first month, your communication with your new Affiliates should include encouragement to learn all they can, from the SFI materials.
Spend your greatest time with the active affiliates.
Complement their progress.
Request and answer their questions.
Small voluntary rewards in their first month, such as TCredits or Re-assignments, go a long way to promote trust and loyalty.
Your Emails should, also, suggest your recommendations for achieving EA Status in the first month. And then, the following month to maintain their status.
It is imperative to keep the lines of communication open through Emails, Team Messages and Stream messages.
Consistently, share Tips and Helpful information to define the work needed and make
easier for them to process and succeed.
Motivational and inspirational messages will provide a personal investment
in your relationship with your affiliates and help bond a relationship.
Do not only "lead by example, lead by teaching".
