With your question, it seems that you are asking for some tips on how to prepare your affiliates for their second month.
The baseline to prepare Personal Sponsor/Co-Sponsor Affiliates for the second month in the business is actually on their first days with SFI. I believe the effective ways to prepare them:
1. My welcome letter contains the follow:
a. My name and who I am for them;
b. A warm welcome that they are in my team and my responsibility to them;
c. Introduction of what is SFI Affiliates and on what to focus on;
d. Target VPs to be an Executive Affiliate and benefit of being one;
e. Requirement needed (active participation and cooperation) to be EA;
f. Reward they would get to be an EA or more;
g. Attach the 3-Steps Success Video-a short-cut explanation of what SFI is all about.
h. my email address and reminder to install the Whitelist
2. From the above welcome letter, I would know who would be serious for joining SFI if they would submit their profile and confirmation since SFI sends me a notification and see the movers daily on my homepage.
3. Follow-up individual progress and send them tips which I missed to mentioned on my welcome letter through emails or chat with them on line to build a closer relationship.
4. Invite them on my leadership page and in the forum.
5. Reminder that in order to maintain their status and qualify to the E365 Entrepreneur contest, they need to have a Standing order.
I hope I was able to answer your question.
