The 2nd month in SFI is the defining stage for new affiliate: whether to continue or stop. After they learnt the basics, read all the 30-day Launchpad, they are challenged - "What's next?" There are "Rules to Success" as blueprint, marketing tools to use and training that equip them, because above earning VPs they need to find affiliates to build their own TEAM.
It is important that on the 1st month the new affiliate is made to understand that SFI is no “quick-rich” scheme. It needs goals and planning in order to succeed. Thus, it takes at least 6 months with perseverance that we will start to see the fruits of our labour. Indeed, it is a personal business. Discuss with them their goals and plan with them how to reach their goal. At the end of their 1st month, they are already EXECUTIVE AFFILIATES. However, made them understand that they are to re-qualify for EA on the 2nd month.
There are Versa Points earned on the 1st month that can no longer be earned on the 2nd month. In order to maintain the EA status one needs 1500 VPs, one of the ways to earn VPs is by having a Standing Order or a combination of SO and To-do-List Action. In keeping the communication open between Sponsor and Affiliates will determine who needs help and what kind of help. Take note communication is a two-way traffic – one can only help those who are willing to be helped.
