The best way to greet new affiliates to get them excited and active with SFI, below is my answer:

Take an actions as fast as you can, such :

1.Sending a “Welcome Letter” using team mail where it has shown that we are care of them and be ready to assist them.

2. Sending a direct mail to respective email of them where it has shown a personal touch that we are a human not machine.

3. Sending them a Note that we saved from their respective snapshot.
