It depends what you are comfortable with in terms of teaching what you have learned. I know that's not an explicit answer as circumstances will alter for us all. If recruiting friends and family its easier to hold one to one sessions which work through various questions and topics effectively. scale that up to a webinar and quickly it might overwhelm unless a plan is in place. Also some might not be comfortable holding a skype meeting even with a limited number of screens even.
I use a 500 seat web conferencing facility for various activities so it's a point worth saying about branding being careful to remove any links to non SFI or we might offend where no offense meant or implied as cross solicitation might occur without meaning to.
The basics of getting to EA status doesn't necessarily mean a lot of spending so that is a question worth answering from the get go as some affiliates sign up and almost run away from a cost without realizing their time is costing more to pay for internet cafe or just type for hours at a time...there are not enough hours in the day to do all like a robot!
Help them to understand the value of networking and using the internet to make connections that might well result in new recruits one day if not immediately. Slow and steady is an oft mentioned theme in training yet clarity of pathways is not always visible to a quicker reader so be prepared to verify your audience has properly understood the outcome you intend as often as not a tangential direction might be where they go...
Whatever you do, crucial is that you tell your story as people are attracted to people not programs or schemes. People want to knwo how you are affected by SFI and what is means in your life so they can decide for themselves. We all learn at a pace suitable for us so don't worry if you think you aren't teaching "it" "right". there is no right or wrong. "Good enough is good enough", is what a mentor of mine says which is all about doing something without being too much or a perfectionist about someone else's standards or you'll always fail that. do what you can and it will come across to your team and they will follow;)
To our success!
