Hello Andrew,
Captain Dave – SFI training, quoting:
Every time a person asks us something, we have to re-think a thought we've already processed before. That means we have to internalize the matter and make a choice on what action to take. Life is a matter of choices. We make life changing choices thousands of times a day. In fact, we are the embodiment of what we have decided to do up until now in our lives, aren't we? (That was a question, wasn't it?).
Here we go: Life IS a matter of choices.
Answer would be simple - both will make you successful, if you are an excellent coach, and you have excellent PSA’s that soak up your knowledge and duplicate -than sponsor more! Bravo! My hat down, go on and don’t worry. Sky would be a limit. Maybe not even sky.
But if your PSA’s are not responding so well, and that is a reason why you want more affiliates – by my opinion – it’s a mistake. Total mistake if you go for “continuously sponsoring new”.
Why so?
If my PSA’s are not moving, I take it as my fault. I try my best to be better at what I do – coach better. Know more. Share. Learn through mistakes on my own account, share that too, be honest and motivate.
Yes, I’ve spend a lot as a newbie, have traded YOB for JOB :) but at least – I am able to share and lead now and I am not afraid that my PSA will go through the same and be disappointed . Now I am ready to jump higher and go on for assigning more affiliates.
But, that’s me. And we are all different. That’s why asking, reading and responding is so good. On the other hand, excluding never is, in any business.
Look objectively how good you are as sponsor;
You will have the best answer.
Have a good weekend! Cheers!!
