The whole idea of joining SFI when all is said and done is to make money.
To make money you have to gain more than you spend, obvious.
If you have 100s of PSA who all achieve very little, you don't get much comission from them, you don't get duplicate VPs 'cos they never make EA2, and they are likely to leave SFI because they are not making progress.
If you have 5 PSAs who all work regularly, and you nuture those few your position in SFI suddenly becomes stable, you don't have to spend money each mopnth to top up your versa points. Then you need to train and help your PSAs to get to the same position as you, you need them to be stable so they don't leave - which would de-stableise you in the process.
Of courser there is nothing to stop you working toward more PSAs at a later time, but really work ahard for the first few workers you get, that is definitely the best way forward.
