Interesting question. In Standard Multi Level Marketings business people should do personal meetings and if they find a good in their opinion prospect, they invite him to join their network business. But there is no guarantee the prospect will be active in business. It takes too much time, which not everyone has. In SFI things seems easier, but they are not. The same rule as in MLM applies here. 5 % of people joined in the business will do the business, other will not. So, my answer regarding SFI is that is better to continuously sponsor new affiliates. When they begin to search answers and make contact with their sponsors, thy are the active people, who look for a business with SFI. Then the couching begins. I concentrate in couching as much as I can only on those, who communicate with me and are looking for answers. I share my experience with all team members, I appreciate all 523 of them. But regarding SFI Rules I only "work with the workers" as much as I can and if they're interested in working with me. Until the active affiliates it can be years in SFI. On every 1000 affiliates, only a few will be active and will buy something from Tripleclicks. One of my upline is having 350 000 + down line for 12 years. Of course he's a great couch and have a lot of active people. He works with the active affiliates and he treasures everyone of his team members. So do I - lead by example like he does.
