The next objective is to widen your foundation and to find replacement for those who have stopped for whatever reason. This will also require continuous search for new affiliates.
Duplication by Coaching: Why is it important?
While you continuously sponsoring new affiliates you should also be doing coaching and helping your active affiliates build their own organization. Sponsoring helps you grow wider while coaching help you grow deeper. The objective here is to build a 12 generation of strong and active affiliates.
The intensity may defer in different stages of your SFI business, but you should not sacrifice one for the other.
