This is a highly debatable issue. Quality or quantity ? Does one choose one's PSAs selectively and then groom them carefully and band them together into a long lasting team, OR, just go on enrolling as many PSAs as possible and let the "good ones" emerge as great performers ?
Actually, either of these methods might pay off and it is entirely left to individual choice.
I have had over 70 CSAs for the past several months and have been trying to "wake up" at least 5 of them into action. No chance. I have reason to believe that mass production of PSAs might yield similar lack of results. So I am on the look-out for 5 committed and really good prospective PSAs. It may take a few more months and I will eventually find and enroll them. Then I will have an effective team.
