Chances are we have all be in this position as a new member of the SFI family and for me it was an anxious feeling when new members of my team asked questions. I did not feel knowledgeable enough to answer their questions and yet if I did not answer I could lose a potentially good affiliate which would prove detrimental to both of us...so what was I to do in a case?
I did what a good sponsor should do; I went digging for the answers, I read tons upon tons of helpful information supplied by SFI, I asked my Upline for assistance, I asked support, I asked a2a friends, I found answers in the Forum and yes I found answers here on ASK SC. There will be questions asked of you as a new affiliate that you will not be able to answer right away because of the lack of knowledge but the good news is the answers are here. There is no shame in telling your PSA that will check into the matter and get back with them; ensure that you follow-up with an answer to their question. This in itself will establish credibility with your team and will cause you to feel good as well.
Having stated the above we can see how important the gaining of KNOWLEDGE is; therefore as a new affiliate your number one mission is to read and understand all you possibly can about SFI. The more you know the more you grow and as you take in this vital knowledge your fears of not knowing how to answer questions posed by new team members will greatly decrease. In turn instruct and encourage new members to do the same. Enable them by showing them how to find answers to questions and the importance of reading the Launchpad lessons, Rules of Success and other helpful information. Doing these things will cause your organization to flourish due to your fine Sponsoring and the outstanding example you set as a Leader.
