if new affiliate is doing a great job so far by filling in, stepping in and assuming the every day catching “to-do” ,certainly you will assume he's only going to get better, and better by every day. As long as he continues to want to learn and absorb the information and gain those experiences, yes, he will be. Good sign. No need to look upon how much he invests (pressing on standard orders or any order indeed is not a good advice as you can scare your PSA’s – you have no insight into his budget), but how much he is eager to learn and grow.
You, as sponsor have to do your homework, without looking for signs. Welcome message, personal message with your offer to help, using VP ledger to know exactly where your affiliate is stuck, daily following...all this will help, but with a new level of progression comes new challenges, some will be up to it, some will not. So patience is needed to “know”.
