Often we jump to conclusions based on our perceptions of things without realising they may not be true. These wrong perceptions can result in incorrect actions.
We can not guess anybody's Future based on present status. Someone is not doing well initially, It does not mean he/she can not be a good performer in future. Maximum newbies do not re-login after joining to SFI. Because, they do not know where to start, how to proceed. They try to understand themself initially. When they do not succeed to understand, they give up. Many of them, really want to earn, but, as they do not get SFI in correct way, they give up.
These type of affiliates need proper supports and guidance. If you are able to bring them back to SFI and provide them proper supports and guidance. They may be good performer.
You can take me as an example for the same. Initially, I also gave up, as I did not get SFI correctly. But, I was regularly receiving mails from my sponsor and SFI. Seeing lots of mail related to SFI, once again, I decided to understand SFI. I contacted my sponsor and realized SFI as a good source of extra income. Now I am an active member of it.
Try to remove the prejudices, subjectivity and bias in our thinking and base our decision making in SFI success based on facts and rationality and try to implement new techniques to bring inactive Affiliates back to SFI.
Best of Luck.
