For most people getting a PSA doesn't happen in the first week, we're all still trying to work out how the system works. So that means you'll always be a week ahead of any PSAs and should have half an idea about the answers to the questions they are likely to ask.
If they ask something you don't know, you have to be honest, either take the time to find out, from a training, a faq, the forum, you sponsor or co-sponsor, then let them know, or admit that you are quite new yourself and have not come across this issue yet, clearly they will feel more supported if you can help them out, but it is not always possible.
Try to read as widely about SFI as you can, then start reading about marketing both from SFI tutorials and from external sites, this is the area where mot questions seem to come from
