I look for consistency and signs of commitment. Placing a Standing Order is a pretty good indication that you have a PSA that is willing to risk something to be successful.
If they are on your movers list every month AND logging in every day. If they can't find the time to login every day how will they find the time to work the business.
You can see lots of early signs that you have a good one but consistency is the only way you can be sort of sure. If they are moving forward each and every month, you should have a good one.
