I don't think it is a matter of what will help you most. Both actions are part of your business. As you should have figured out by now, sales are what drives SFI. Without sales no one gets paid.
The long term team building will give you the residual income we all after. But the TC members you refer will be customers for life giving you direct commissions on each sale plus the VersaPoints.
So I treat them as equally important and try to allot about the same amount of time and effort to recruiting both. The biggest difference between the two is that you need to continue to work with your PSAs to build a strong team.
So after you refer a TC member your work is done, but when you sponsor an affiliate your work is just beginning.
