Thanks! a lot dear stephan for asking such a great question and my answer is written below:-
If he/she ask question from you:-
1)Then you read about this in SFI.
2)Contact from Support.
3)Write on forum.
First they say because the SFI have everything at our disposal, and that is a great. Here you find answers to almost any question you may have a new affiliate.
SFI Basics tells him to read every day, every week and when he is an SFI affiliate than once a month.
One of the nicest things about SFI is that it gives us all the information we need and that we are at the beginning a good teacher for us to get beginners.
Also PSA has SFI support and training, upline "greater" and co-sponsor, friends, A2A, in fact, he has everything he needs in SFI, even if you're not here and if he is interested in working.
It is important to be honest with them, but let him know that vev try to help him all the best you can and that support and communication is important.
Same rule works here too. I have learnt from SFI training or my Upline but my exchange of thoughts with my A2A friends, The stream posts are also equally helpful.
Being the sponsor means I am the group leader and as a group leader it will be my responsibility to help my PSAs and CSAs both. My first instruction or rather advice will be to Click on the start button and watch the getting started video. Give them the solutions for their queries and if i do not have those solutions try to find out from my group leaders. Along with that discussions with my downline are also helpful. At time you get a more practical advice from your junior then a senior.
The best advise and help that you can give to your new PSA when you yourself are new is to go on conveying whatever you learn & whatever advice you receive from your upline.
Since you are also new,it is possible that your PSA acquires more knowledge than you. So whenever that PSA asks for clarifications regarding any point,please be careful in informing him because it is possible that you may not also be knowing it.
As I go along with my business in SFI, I realized that I made a mistake copying the welcome greeting and kept on revising my welcome greeting.
Why? These are the comments I received from my personal sponsor and co-sponsor affiliates:
1. "Wow, I got many messages and articles to read before I can start. I need to buy a new eyeglass before I would be able to start my business."
2. "I do not know where to locate the VP Ledger you are referring to."
From these comments, I realized that my welcome greeting should contain a procedure on how to start and how to be an Executive Affiliate within 24 hours without making a purchase and would be awarded if they would do so.
I further asked my personal sponsor and co-sponsor affiliates to first navigate and/or make a tour on every tab so they would know what is in each tab. We can not do that for them.
To be a successful sponsor affiliate we need:
1. to have a mindset on our purpose why we joined SFI Affiliates;
2. willing to learn by reading, reviewing and learn to use the marketing power tools provided for;
3. willing to share experiences on what has learned through streams, tips, PSAs, CSAs, Group Mailers and emails outside SFI;
4. as much as possible log in everyday to do the daily do list to earn as much as 503 Action VPs for July;
5. distribute a TC Gift Card a day to earn as much as 300 VPs in a month;
6. join the daily drawings and you might be the next winner;
7. join the T-Time hourly drawing so you might win 2TCredits and accumulated as much as 60TCredits in a month, equivalent to 60VPs if you join the bidding and
After the new PSAs signs up I send him/her a welcome mail. In that mail, I tell them what to do in first 24 hours (collect 500VPs, so they get 200Vps and fast track badge) and tell them to add me as friend on Facebook, because it is easier to communicate and help them. When they do that, I advice them to read slowly Lounchpads and training lessons, do the rest of their getting started actions and necessarily tell them that this is not an overnight job. They have to log in every day in SFI and do their daily/weekly jobs. I answer on their questions, add them in groups on FB about SFI, so they can learn a lot from them too.
Then, I explain them that they have to build a team, how to advertise this business , how to promote and sell products from TripleClicks online shops, so they can generate more income.
They have to read, read, read a lot.
Thanks! for reading all my friend.
Kind regards.
