Learning and earning is how I state the essence of SFI and TripleClicks. As I retired Computing teacher I know that if I did not keep up to date with computer programming then I lacked credibility in delivering lessons to my students. In a rapidly changing world no-one can rest on former achievements.
I found that within a short time of joining SFI I was allocated two CSAs from my own class. While one didn't respond and fell away from SFI the one who responded took up my contact and indeed we are firm friends. We shared our discoveries and trials and grew stronger for it. I never regard myself as being more knowledgeable than any of my team for in my second homed CSAs are more capable Team Leaders. What I can offer is myself and a listening ear being prepared to find out answers if any of my team are having questions they need answering. By learning about their answers I am building up a knowledge bank that will be useful to others so I hunger for learning. I hope my enthusiasm helps my team get excited about SFI too.
