I found that the best way, for me, is to follow genealogy report and see their points up to date. According to them (if they are above or below the "green line") I define what will catch their attention, so that I can keep the doors open for further discussion. Before sending anything, I check if my information is accurate, if the information is up to date as well.
Because new PSA is already overloaded with much information provided by SFI system, your message should be short but up to the point.
When writing to them, always have in mind that every word count – so be focused and crystal clear.
Keep in mind that they are NEW, therefore decide on the one or two most vital points and keep it brief and simple.
