ASK SC determines votes for ourselves when we answer and help for the SFI community which can find here many times solutions to their questions.Finding answers is important because if the SFI community has not enough knowledge, blockages appear and they can affect us, too.
When we vote at our turn, we can get 1 VP for 10 ratings and one more entry in the Daily grand for 30 ratings. At the same time, we can find solutions to our problems.
I would add that mabe a larger compensation should be awarded both to the ones who answer 2 or more answers and to the ones who read so many answers (10...30 etc), but even if it remains like now, it is an activity which strengthens our patience. And we do need patience, it serves us in focusing better in our work in this business and in any other one.
