First of all, I want to believe there is a cordial and good level of rapport between the PSA and his sponsor. Therefor, good communication is the key. Communication builds trust and friendship between the Sponsor and PSAs. When this trust is built, the PSA will always feel free to open up on his/her goals and can easily discuss it with his sponsor.
Also, when an affilliate complete his/her profile, SFI corporate will send the sponsor a notification about it. The sponsor can capitalised on the existing relationship between him and the PSA to discuss the goal set.
Moreover, the sponsor should have good communication skills and should apply tact in letting the PSA knows the importance of setting goals and can also assist the PSA in goal setting. By doing this, he is already discussing the goals with the PSA.
