A goal is the aim or object towards which an endeavour is channelled or targeted. It is the terminal point of a journey or race therefor, it is close ended in nature.
Why ''Goal Setting'' is the act or proccess of establishing/laying out targets to be achieve.
(1) Therefor, an affilliate must set goals to succeed because they serve as a guide for actions
(2) Goals help us to measure one's performance of success or failure against set goals for the month or year.
(3) Goals help an affilliate to set up control on his/her activities and to correct deviation.
(4) Goals help to bring about proper planning and organisation of one's actions as an affilliate.
(5) It brings about direction of actions.
(6) It helps to keep an affilliate focus, purposeful and determine, not to be distracted.
(7) lastly, goals are like tonic of motivation. They help propell an affilliate to act rightly.
