Consider SFI as your business. If you had a franchise, brick and mortar business, or even any online business, you would probably need a major investment in inventory, advertising and possible payroll. Since SFI provides most of the framework to have an online business you must be willing to invest time and hopefully some money to grow your business.
Time
Logging in each day, going through the basics, reading and educating yourself is a must. Any business requires knowledgeable workers. Since it's you to start before you have a team, educate yourself by spending as much time as you can learning all the SFI Basics, ARE You Serious, the LaunchPad and TripleClicks. Invest in some TCredits and sell some items online on your TConnect page.
Money
Invest in a standing order for min of 1500 VP to maintain EA status and be sure you will be eligible for the Executive Pool and commiaaions. Next invest in the S-Builder Co-Op. This will get you starting building a team. Make this a standing order so you can invest in other forms of advertising later.
Pride
Be proud of your new business. If you're not no one else will be. Speak only positively about SFI and although recognizing affiliates issues, offer solutions and be supportive. Some people will not be active or succeed in SFI. Accept that fact and work with those who show real effort. Together, you can become very succeesful in SFI, just like any business.
Goals
Set some goals (Goals Tab) and have a target. Don't be afraid to adjust them up or down so that they are realistic. Unrealistic goals only get you down and make you feel like a failure. Make them measureable so you have a very clear target.
Don't be afraid to ask for help from your upline. They may not have all the answers to your problems, but they can offer some real world suggestions and help you when your drifting off the path.
Use the forum and ask questions. Any business person is always learning, always asking questions. Look for tools, methods and creative ways to advertise TripleClicks and SFI.
Expect that it will take time and that the journey will not be without roadblocks. It is those who look for solutions that succeed. Those who make excuses usually fail.
Be positive, persistent, polite, and personal.
Have integrity and keep promises.
You will succeed if you only believe in yourself and your team.
