Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?
Conference calls are "old hat" when applied to SFIMG.
The reason is that SFI members are all over the entire world and often are not skilled in using the English language. They have different time schedules for work and sleep.
Another reason is that all the information and training a member needs in order to succeed in SFI is readily available on our SFI websites. And the information never changes. The information is always there any time for any person who understands English.
Most of the conference calls I have attended in my non-SFI life have simply been a big waste of time due to the fact that the moderator is not prepared and the attendees do not stay focused.
The only conference call I would recommend is a call between a member and his sponsor, one on one.
