I can only tell you how I structure my day.
1. First I check my email and messages from SFI and answer any questions and address any concerns my downline may have contacted me about. I treat my downline as my customers. The customer always comes first.
2. I then log into SFI and go through the to-do list. While I am checking out the newest items on TripleClicks I will pick out a couple products that I would like to promote for that day.
3. While I am on the SFI site, I visit the forums, and catch up on any threads I am following.
4. I then promote the products I have chosen to promote that day on TripleClicks, along with IAHBE, the SFI Opportunity, and the TripleClicks ECA using the various advertising sources I have. I also spend some time looking for advertising venues and since I use some safelists, spend some time gathering up credits.
5. I spend some time learning about the various aspects of running a business. I might visit IAHBE and taking advantage of the collection of information there, or utilize the training section that is within the SFI site, or find and use other sources. When I run into particularly good articles that I believe would be useful to my downline, I share them with my Google+ marketers circle.
6. I then spend some time socializing on Facebook and other social networking sites that I am involved in.
I really didn't spend that much time discussing collecting VersaPoints, if that is what you were really asking. VersaPoints may in itself give you a rank, but I believe it will take much more than just rank to build a solid business. You must also learn about the business and the various aspects involved in running it. You must do a lot of promotion and be always looking for new avenues to promote in. And, you must help those in your downline build their own business on a solid foundation.
