Too much of any thing is not recommended but at time you have to break this rule. Here the target audience decides when and how much is too much.
1. There will be people in your downline who are self motivated and work oriented, who only need your welcome speech and a few "Getting Started" tips and then you need not to worry about them. Just a weekly contact or a stream message is more than enough. If they need your help they will contact you themselves.
2. Then there are members of your downline who are completely new to this business and have no clue what and how to do. For such members you need to be available 24/7 because these members want to work and advance in SFI but they need your support and guidance for that. For such members it never too much.
3. And then there is another group of people who no matter how much and hard you try will just not work. These 'skeptics and non-motivated people' as are referred to by SFI in the article 'Be AN Awesome Sponsor' will just not work. Most of them have joined SFI just by chance with the belief that they can make money overnight and when they saw that this is not true and they have to put in their hard work and time to make their business grow, they stopped working.
In the end I will suggest to read the Rule #4 of SFI "WORK WITH THE WORKERS"
