This question is multi fold. It depends on the content of your messages to your down line. First of all we must take cognizance of the fact that SFI is sending daily emails especially to new affiliates, now it we must be very careful that we don't duplicate the same information to our downlines.
We should also remember that as individuals we are not the same. Some people get easily annoyed and bored to be showered with a lot of information constantly.
I think it will be proper to send your downlines messages once per week and to be considerate that they are brief and to the point. I think the other time should be when there's a pressing issue that needs to be announced or addressed.
Communication should be given first preference but it should not be overdone. Your downline should always know that you are available to assist wherever possible and your door is always open to help.
