In opinion, too much contacting should not be a problem whereas too less contacting can be termed as a problem. Let us assume you contact every day. You may not get reply to all your mails. Therefore you need to keep sending mails till he/she reads your. Your downline/team may not open their email boxes for days together. Therefore it becomes all the more important to get in touch with them through emails. But you can access email ids of your personally sponsored members and Co Sponsored Affiliates only.
Now let’s take the case of second, third, fourth etc. generation members. You cannot communicate with them through their email ids. Here you would require to use PM functionality. Where you can introduce yourself and communicate and offer your help. In my opinion, you need keep trying to contact all your team/dowline till you establish connection with all of them. Once the channel is opened, you can decide the frequency of contacting depending upon the level of understanding of each member. Some members need less guidance, others may need more.
If a person is quite experienced in SFI you can contact him/her once a week. If someone needs more help, contacting him with tips even everyday should not be considered as too much.
