Well, there is not such a thing like too much contacting your team if you have a hardworking team.
You have to be there for your team, to explain them everything about SFI and Tripleclicks, to answer on their questions.
If someone is interested for the job he/she will ask you everything that he/she want to know. On other side, if someone is not interested, there is no point contacting him/her too much.
It is enough to send introductory explanation to new PSAs and CSAs and weekly team mails. If someone really works, you should just simple say to him/her to contact you for everything they need. Track their progress and encourage them to work, congratulate them on the achieved successes.
Simple, be there for your team but don't be annoying.
