1) In case of newly joined Affiliates---Welcome them to your team with a short message
asking him whether he needs your support right now or he is comfortable in getting
started. Don't forget to ask him to contact you in future in case of need.Wait till
he responds, and when he contacts you, extend the support needed or resolve the
query raised.
2) In case of old Affiliates---Try to Respond as soon as possible, because he might
have contacted you in urgent need or he may be in short of time and your timely
support may help him to reach his target for the month and even retain his title for
the month.
Make sure to provide the required and relevant information only and any suggestion to the concerned matter only to be given.
Providing too much and irrelevant information will puzzle him and he may become apprehensive of approaching you for help in future. So be careful in communicating with your down line.
