I have wondered about the same thing. Some of the affiliates have a major language problem and it would be best for them to assign them to somebody from their own country.
Alternatively, ask them to contact somebody from their own country to explain the business to them and how to go about it.
Others have the idea that if they get 10 VP they can sit back and wait for the money to roll in. It needs to be explained to them that they are building their business and must work it for a few months before they will see a growth in their commissions.
SFI needs to be logged into on a daily basis and some people do not have a computer with internet connection. They rely on internet cafe's which in some cases can be a bit expensive. Try to find out what their particular problem is and just keep your mail to them as concise and to the point as possible.
