I contact my downline every week via the genealogy mailer as recommended.
I also send an individual message via email or team mail to people in my Movers page, if they haven't been there for a while, just to encourage them or congratulate them.
If I see the yellow bubble next to someone's name when I'm on, I drop a short 'hullo'.
If someone who was previously active drops out of my Movers page, I send that person an individual email asking if everything is okay and do they need help.
If I see anyone in my team or even my a2a friends, who I consider 'team' as well, wins in the Daily Grand, or is in the top enrollers list, or has become the newest EA, BTL etc, I send that person a congratulations message as well.
I have also set up a step-by-step email campaign via autoresponder to guide new affiliates on a day to day basis if they would like it. These messages are tailored to the person's level of knowledge about SFI, whereas the weekly team messages are more general and appropriate to everybody. I offer this service in my welcome email to both PSAs and new CSAs. Some of my new a2a friends who are struggling with inadequate help from their own sponsors have gladly accepted these as well.
If someone responds to my emails or messages, I always write back. This helps to build relationships with your team. Once you have established relationships with your team, you can chat to them about anything and feel that you have become friends. I think this is the best way to be.
Nobody has ever complained that I contact them too much.
