The best way to get your PSA's to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you are doing is to be an outstanding sponsor, interacting individually with them whenever possible the rest of the month. Here are five specific things you can do.
1. Send them helpful tips regularly. It takes time to figure out how everything works. Direct them to resources that can simplify SFI for them.
2. Notice where they are from and try to address and particular challenges they may have because of their location or a language barrier.
3. Reward excellent effort and achievement. - Give TCredits, reassignments, or gift certificates when your downline members achieve important milestones in their businesses.
4. Check up on them just to see how they are doing. Many times they will not ask for help on their own.
5. Don't mislead them. SFI is not a fast money program. It can be, for people who are amazing recruiters, or who have plenty of money to spend. But it will take a while for most people to build their business, and it is easy to get impatient or discouraged. Encourage them, but don't say that they are going to make thousands of dollars in the first couple of weeks. In 99 out of 100 cases that would be a lie.
You might remind them that they can get 10 VP for submitting a sponsor review, but don't beat them over the head with that. If you are a good enough sponsor they will be eager to give you a review.
