All you need do is to observe the 24 DOs and 8 DON'Ts and your PSAs will submit their comments.
when you:
lead by example
offer support
send out a weekly newsletter to your entire downline
set up contests and giving rewards
answer all e-mails you receive from your team members
and the list goes on, i bet you you will get loads of rating and comments.
