It’s a personal thing and a matter of opinion when it comes to submitting a sponsor rating and commenting on how the sponsor is doing. Basically rating a sponsor’s performance by PSAs is determined by the relationship that exists between them.
The best way I will say is just you the sponsor to maintain a good working relationship with your PSAs. Encourage and support them. Give a helping hand the best way you can to build a formidable team. It could be through gift certificates, organizing contest and posting words of encouragement.
Teach your PSAs what you do and let them understand how you are doing it. Let them learn from your experience, achievement and setbacks where applicable.
Have an open door policy, listening ear and be patient them.
Do not hesitate to let your PSAs know how much you appreciate their contribution towards the growth and the building of your team. Make them feel important by acknowledging and recognizing their contribution and performance from time to time.
