PSAs are a very important part of a Sponsors growth in SFI, and they have to be taken care of and tended and nourished just like a sappling.
Whenever you get new PSAs from signing up, auctions or SBuilder you have to keep one thing in mind that they have the potential to create a very succesful business in SFI but they require your help to get them started. At the same time take care that you dont overwhelm them with more information than they can assimilate in a day.
I suggest the following in my Welcome Letter:
1. "SFI basics" must be where you must start as it has been well made and explains what is their role in SFI in a jiffy.
2. Next step is always the "Launchpad" Lessons. These not only teach the basic business and marketing tactics to new PSAs but also quiz their understanding about the business.
Not to forget the most valuable Versa Points that you get every time you do a Launchpad quiz.
3. Then I ask them start doing the "Getting Started" section of the "To Do List" as well as guide them to the Daily, Weekly and Monthly sections of the list too. I also inform them that each of this action is going to fetch them the VPs they require to be an EA every month.
4. I amply explain the importance to get to 1500 VPs each month to get more benefit of the SFI system.
5. Lastly I stress the importance of them earning atleast 500 VPs in the first 24 Hrs of registering so that they can become a FAST TRACK member and can get the free 200 VPs.
I assure them that all of us at SFI are here to help and that they may contact us for any query that they have at any given time. This way most of my PSAs/CSAs have benefitted and they come back to me in case they have a question.
