I would like to say that “No one makes money without effort.

First we should know the reason why they became inactive, Possible Causes may be
1-He is confused how to start with after joining SFI
2-He had completed one month and got only few cents
3-Had not used skilled provided by SFI
4-Upline become inactive and opted out which discourages
How to motivate them to become active again
1-As you get notification that and affiliates (PSA/CSA) has joined, Immediately send a welcome letter, and start interacting them (Video chat/Text Chat/Emailing) , Give them complete knowledge of To-Do-List.
2-Only To-Do-List will not give them visible commission, along with this suggest to promote Trippleclicks affiliate links to promote in Google+, Pinterest, Twiter, Face book etc.
3-Ask them to study 1-2 Launch pad lesson on daily basis not more that. Tell them other promotional resources (free/Paid) like Trafficswarm.com/coastalhits.com,easyhits4u.com etc.
4-Being up line of an affiliate you have to very much active as it gives motivations to your down line, Try to collect Badges, versal points(VP)
Obliviously you can't force people to work this business so motivation is a way you can make them active.
