This is a great questions.
I think that a Co-sponsor should share as much information as possible with their CSA's for the following reasons.
1. Since a co-sponsor has similar responsibilities as their sponsor; CSA's should in no way be treated differently in terms of the information that a co-sponsor passes on to their PSA's.
2. You might be their only life-line to building their business. The truth is, not all sponsor's support their PSA's; hence the reason we have co-sponsors to provide added support.
3. T.E.A.M ; CSA’s are a part of your team . For a team to work well together you have to create a balance. If you are only providing certain information to your PSA’s and not to your CSA’s then you will never have that team that you are looking for. Remember you do earn commission from your CSA’s. Also, whether you realize it or not, helping them build their business will help you in the long run.
4. We all learn from each other. By having the added support we all learn from each other. Just look at it this way and ask yourself. What if my co-sponsor did not support me the way that they did? Maybe your co-sponsor was the one who gave you that nugget that you needed to push your business forward in the right direction. I personally have received so valuable information from my co-sponsors that have helped in building my business.
