If I has to start back at square one knowing what I know now I would definitely begin by focusing on building my team first and foremost. Unfortunately I fell into the same trap that a lot of new affiliates face by spending my time and money mainly on PB auctions to try to get the great deals. For the first 3 months I sadly had little in the way of a downline since my energy was being directed elsewhere. While the auctions can be fun and beneficial I wish everyday that my team had been my primary focus from day 1.
