To be successfull in SFI first and foremost aspect is you should be "COMMITTED". Once you are having Commitment the other required qualities to Establish your own Business in SFI to achieve success will follow means some of the inherent qualities will come out & some you feel you don't have will make you to develop yourself.
The Qualities required to have or to develop to be successfull can be listed as below:

2) Dedication
3) Hard work
4) Sincerity
5) Motivation
6) Leadership
7) Communication
8) Organisation Skill
8) Business development Skill
10) Knowledge about Internet Marketing
11) Advertising Skill
12) Money Management
13) Time Management
14) Self Confidence
15) Accept Challenges
From the above sr.no.:1 to 6 in my opinion are the inherent qualities of a common literate man/woman. & 7 to 15 are the qualities need to develop for becoming a successfull Business man/woman with SFI.
