I think that first, you haft to have patience, until your PSAs became EA, then EA2, and then ... maybe they also became Team Leaders. When you see that your PSAs became EA2, just have patience. Wait some days, and take a look of this PSA. Of his daily activity. Look also if he is visiting everyday the tripleclicks.com, and also see when they do the firs buy from there.
When a few days are passed, I think you can send him/her a message, saying that you want to reassing some PSAs, but you want tu assure that he is an serios entrepreneur on this SFI business!
As we was already trained, is important to LEAD our PSAs whit our example. So, when you see a serious PSA in your first genealogy, I advice you to start and reassign some affiliates for him. At start, reassign 4-5 PSAs, and take a look at this 4-5 in the days will come.
If you see that your serious PSA is doing a good work, and he know how to sponsor and lead the others ... you can give he/her more reassignaments .... this will grow up the PSA business, and also yours!
