The qualties one need to develop to be successful with SFI ARE:
1. You need to be a DREAMER: you will have to have big dreams which will drive you on even when things are not happening for you. It will cause you to create time when there is none.It will cause you to go on when friends and family tells you this would not work.
2. Determination: You must have determination to build your SFI business to a successful level.
3. Be FOCUS: Must have single vision.
4. Persistence: As a SFI member you need to log in everyday and work on your business, doing the do to list, advertising your business and supporting your team.
5. Be a good and effective Communicator: You must be able to communicate with your team, both downline and upline. Also when you share the business with friends and families or when you advertise your SFI business.
6. Be a Reader: Read motivational books like the magic of thinking big. Leaders are readers. It will also help you to dream big, stay focus and be an effective communicator. Also SFI and IAHBE have lots to read in terms of your SFI business.
7. Be a Good Leader: To be a good leader you first have to be a good follower.
8. Be an Example: People only do what they see you do and not what you tell them to do.
9. Be a Team player: It is all about helping your team members, the more you help your downline, the more successful you will become. Also the more you interact as an A2A member, on forums, and tips you will help SFI overall and the SFI business will grow and more money in the pot to go around to everyone.
10.Be a Good Motivator: you must be able to motivate your downline team members.
