Interestingly, every business needs people with qualities that can spell out SUCCESS! SFI is no different, we need people that can further the aims and dreams of people who invest time and effort to increase marketability that ensures the future of the business.
The qualities that one needs to have to be successful in business with SFI are:
1. “Leaders are Readers” – we need to develop the habit of reading and invest time in reading all the trainings, lessons, shared experiences and the works of others that we will adapt in developing a successful business.
2. Communication – a good communicator, verbal or written can convey ideas to the team, upline and prospects for the business. Hence, a good communicator has the edge in developing a successful business.
3. Diligence – one’s diligence will prosper the business since we need to do daily tasks. One’s attentiveness to his/her affiliates can encourage others to do the same. Each month we need to earn new Versa Points and VPoints expire every end of the month. We need diligence to earn VPs and to continuously Sponsor Affiliates.
4. “Heart for Others” – until we develop a “heart for others” we won’t be able to work with our affiliates. Remember the success of our affiliates is our success too. Sensitive for the needs of the affiliates and Team.
5. Creative – be able to use all resources available at no or the very least expense to grow the business. Be able to do something everyday and research for ways to be a better marketer. Be able to share ones talent and experience to others that will enable the team to grow in business.
These are other qualities that one can have. However, the above FIVE qualities are the qualities that I think necessary to develop a successful business with SFI.
