1. follow and do things needed in "to-do list". A good leader is a good follower;
2. have positive mind to improve from the worst. Try and Try to Succeed;
3. able to establish good communication skills (PSA, CSA $ Group Mailer) to develop trust;
4. able to be a mentor ones downline;
5. establish co-operation ones team; and
6. persevere to increase sales and support TripleClicks.
