Different stages require different qualities to to have or develop to be successful with SFI.
Stage 1 - The Learning Stage.
Diligence and learning attitude are the qualities needed at this stage. You need to reading and able to connect each lesson to form a clear idea of how SFI works. You will be asking your up-lines and in the forum, until you know exactly what to do to be successful.
Stage 2 - Building the Foundation
Creativity and willingness to try how to find affiliates are the qualities needed at this stage. The objective is to find as many affiliates as you can that serve as your foundation. In stage 1 you learn the concept in stage 2 you apply what you learn boldly and creatively.
Stage 3 - Working with the workers
Leadership is the quality that is needed at this stage. You should know how to motivate your affiliates and lead them to success, your objective is for your workers to duplicate what you have done. Mentoring is needed by some.
Stage 4 - Exploring Other Opportunities
Keenness to opportunities and ability to conceptualize are the qualities needed at this stage. Example, How will you maximize the ECA and SFIPPA program? How will you team up with your one or two of your Affiliates? How will you make use of a2a? How will you combine other online opportunity with SFI without cross soliciting?
These stages are not necessarily linear, they are usually parallel and overlapping.
