Thanks for presenting such an excellent question in this forum. Cultivating prospect is an essential part of your online business. The initial selling points of your promotion or ads, is what will make prospect interested. It is critical that you start with the strong points/benefits of your business. After all, this is what you were sold on and why you are still with SFI.
The initial contact is very important. This is perhaps your only time to impress your potential prospect. Generally, you will not get a second chance. whether it is online or offline campaigns, chances are they will not open or come back to your flyer or email after being first exposed to it, if the message is not interesting.
My first suggestion is to make the ads appealing to your targeted market or niche. start with emotional charged headlines. Headlines that appeal to peoples needs and reason for seeking online business opportunity e.g. Profitable online business - Join for Free. It is important to put your best foot forward in delivering your sell pick.
The important thing is to get them on your list or in your team. The follow-up has to be congruent and consistent with the original message in the ads promotion. Once, they are on your list or team you can promote the additional benefits of SFI much more effective as you will have great access to them not.
Although, the follow up is important and will deliver long term benefits to your business. The initial contact in my opinion is more important, has this is what will build your business. There is no guarantee that your follow up will be effective in allowing duplication in your SFI downline but for sure having a large team behind you has tremendous benefits. Your initial selling point has to be strong to cause people to give up their contact information and opt in to the program.
The followup allows you to build a long term relationship and continue to market to these people as long as they are on your list or in your team. Again, be consistent with your message. This goes for the things you promote and advice you provide.
