This will depend on your own goals and how much you are expecting to get out of SFI. In your goal statement you have an idea of what you want to reach in SFI. You know you will have to have a certain number of active PSA's to reach your goals. I would use this as a basic guage. Maybe go beyond the number of PSA's you want by a few and then you can begin deciding where you want to place the over flow in your down line.
This can be one of the most encouraging tools to build your team and help your own business to grow. I would say not to cut yourself short, and yet don't be so greedy that no one else counts. A good leader will work for the benefit of their team. It's a juggling act that requires good business skills and wisdom.
