What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?

Without a good initial contact, you won't have a follow up. So I believe the initial contact is the most important. The follow up is important as well and it's important to listen to what your prospect is saying so you will have effective answers. Find out what they are seeking in life and present to them how SFI can help them realize their goals. Be succinct, but polite and show that you are genuinely interested in them and their future.
