What Qualities does one need to have or to develop to be successful with SFI?
Well this is a list a i can think of but it doesn't mean they must have them all at once. Some may have them straight away and some may need to learn how to get them themselves.

-Hard Working
-Attitude
-Daily Routine
-Communication
-Marketing Experience
-Advertising Experience
-An Active "No Quitting" Attitude
-Learning from Ones Mistakes
-Enthusiasm
-Reading Capabilities
-Motivation
-Self-Discipline
-Committed
-A Goal or Dream
-Be a Do-er
-Being a Giver
-Passion
-Problem Solving
-Honesty
-Integrity
-Team Player

and last but not least, you definitely need LEADERSHIP!
